Managing Director, Tony Gale, has held senior management positions at Goodyear, Dunlop and the National Australia Bank. In 2001, Tony started his own company, SupaNova Vehicle Leasing and purchased Jim’s Financial Services in 2014.  He is a strong believer in a “flat” management structure and takes a hands-on approach to solving problems and overseeing the management of the business with his friendly and approachable style. Tony has over 30 years experience in fleet leasing, finance and management.

Neil Welsh has held senior management positions in local government and within the franchising sector for over thirty years, this has provided him with significant experience in procurement, fleet and franchising management.  Neil has a real focus on exceeding clients expectations and his consultative management style has delivered significant outcomes for both his own businesses and those who have engaged with him.

James Jacka has significant motor vehicle experience, having been Australia’s youngest Holden Dealer at the age of 21.  He has also enjoyed significant success in franchising, building a franchise model that now has almost 200 franchisees across Australia and New Zealand.  James has responsibility for acquisitions and disposal and his relaxed manner has been well received by both our dealer network and staff.

Tash Kumar has measurable experience in direct finance and insurance since 2007.  Her background includes over 10 years of experience, encompassing a broad exposure to consumer finance, chattel mortgages, relationship building, generating and identifying new and existing business opportunities.  Tash has a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Her expertise over and above the above is customer service.  She’s patient, friendly and extremely approachable.
